Delete your Hexarena account
How to permanently delete your Hexarena account and the data that goes with it.
In the app or on the web
- Open Hexarena on your phone, or go to hexarena.net.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings (the gear on the main menu).
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted at once. It can't be recovered.
Can't sign in?
Email eclipse1924+hexarena@gmail.com from the address you registered with, and ask for your Hexarena account to be deleted. We'll do it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email address, password, and any linked Google sign-in)
- Your profile: display name, avatar link and friends list
- All your game stats, including every league's record
- All your active sessions, on every device
What is kept
- Player reports that you filed or that name you, with the chat lines quoted in them, are kept for moderation and abuse prevention. They are deleted within 12 months.
- Private rooms you were a member of keep your in-game name on their member list until the room has been empty for 30 days and is removed.
- Server backups can still contain your data for up to 30 days, until they are rotated out.
Guest play creates no account and stores nothing on our servers, so there's nothing to delete.
